Home Inventory decreased -20.0%
Median Sales Price increased to $487,296 
Days on the Market increased to 42 days (23 days YOY)
Inventory remains lower than normal, and as the market continues to shift, experts project homes will begin to spend more days on market and price growth will slow in the months ahead.
