I reached out to Tracy on LinkedIn 6+ months before we were looking to purchase. She was very responsive and assisted us in the first steps as first-time home buyers. She also recommended a mortgage lender who was excellent. This was all before we even committed to working with her or were seriously looking at homes. Once we were at the point to be actively shopping, she sent several homes through our personalized MLS link where we were able to narrow down our likes/dislikes and view other properties we may be interested in. She was very professional and respectful of distance during our home tours mid-pandemic. She did several live virtual tours for us via FaceTime due to us being 4+ hours away. We actually ended up buying a home we first saw on a FaceTime tour.
