I was born in the foothills of upstate of South Carolina and spent my early years there.
Most of my adult life was in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, NC. I always had a love
for the mountains of western NC and took many day trips to Asheville through the years
to experience the clean, fresh air and take in the spectacular views. In 2020, I decided

My educational background is an AS degree in Computer Science from Guilford
Technical Community College and a BS degree in Business Administration and
Economics from High Point University. After a successful 42-year career in Information
Technology – leading teams in infrastructure and operations, project management, and
supply chain, I have built a career on delivering results through planning,
communication, and attention to detail. Today, I am excited to bring those same
strengths to my career in real estate helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest
decisions with confidence and clarity.
To me, the connection between my IT career and real estate is clear; both require clear
communication skills, organization skills, and a genuine commitment to understanding
and achieving the client’s goals. These skills translate seamlessly into helping clients
navigate the home buying and / or selling process. Real estate is more than just
transactional; it is about relationships, trust, and helping people move confidently into
the next chapter of their lives. My approach is hands-on, transparent, and always
focused on the client’s needs.
