Preferred Properties of Asheville has been more than just a career for me—it’s truly been a part of my life since 1978. When I first joined the firm, we were a small group of just 10 agents. Today, I’m proud to celebrate over four decades with a company that has grown into a trusted name in Western North Carolina real estate, now home to 38 full-service brokers.

In 1998, I became a partner, and in 2002, Terry Horner joined as a co-owner, helping guide our firm into the 21st century. Through the years, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to trust, transparency, and building lasting relationships with every client.
