Ashley Dotson is driven by turning her clients’ aspirations into realities and strives to ensure a stress-free real estate transaction by taking the time to truly understand the goals of the buyers and sellers she represents. Her outgoing personality and hardworking demeanor have helped her reputation as a qualified REALTOR®.
Years of experience as a buyer and design consultant give Ashley a unique perspective when guiding her clients in the selling or purchasing process. Her expertly trained eye and pure appreciation of architecture and design help buyers envision the potential of each property and she is considered a true asset to her clients.
Originally from San Antonio, Texas, she is a graduate of Baylor University. She and her husband, a local architect, and two children live in North Asheville and have been in the Asheville since 2002. They truly love the sense of community they experience as well as being close to the mountains and all that the area affords. Outside of real estate, she enjoys camping with friends and family, cooking, gardening and finding that oh-so special antique piece to complete “the look.” She has been a tireless volunteer and fundraiser for her children’s schools and huge proponent of the motto “treat people the way you want to be treated.” No excuses!
Ashley has lived in various locations across the US, including New York and Atlanta and uses her experiences with varied people, places and culture to develop lasting relationships personally and professionally. She understands what it means to be a native but also a transplant and what people experience with regards to transition and finally settling in and feeling at home.
