We began working with Anna Peddy in October 2021 when we decided to sell our much-lived-in and well-loved home. We had lived in this house since 1974 and raised all our children there. We had spent many years making memories with them and later with our grandchildren and the “big house” became a very special place to visit. Consequently, we were all somewhat sad at the thought of never being there again even though we knew it was time. We had begun removing all the treasures and furniture we wanted and had no idea what to do with the rest. As soon as we gave her the go ahead, Anna began working and within a very short time managed to pass much of the furniture on to people in need, or in some way spread our accumulated belongings to a new purpose. We could not believe how quickly she had everything ready for listing the house. She made the whole process so easy. She kept us well informed as offers came in and walked us through all the steps as we accepted and signed and agreed to sell. She was always available to answer questions and go over the many aspects involved in selling. In the 3 months before closing in January, Anna became a treasured friend.
