As an Asheville native, Mollie has a keen knowledge of the city of Asheville and its surrounding areas as well as its history and growth.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from Queens University in Charlotte and a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Communication Sciences from the University of South Carolina. She has spent the last ten years working as a clinical speech-language pathologist in skilled nursing facilities and hospitals. 

Having spent a career focusing on communication ability and effectiveness, Mollie knows that communication skills are a vital aspect of real estate and building client relationships. She prides herself in her communication abilities while also being a good listener. She believes that these two qualities help build strong relationships and yield successful transactions. Her focus is cultivating long-lasting relationships.

Mollie is detail-oriented, organized, and, as a mother of three, is a master at multi-tasking.  She is compassionate and courteous.  Mollie will always be honest, fair and work hard to ensure that her client’s well-being and confidentiality are her top priorities.  Mollie owns and manages several rental properties in the Asheville area as well as in South Carolina. She is active in the Buncombe County public school community serving on the PTO board and Parent Advisory Council.
