Elizabeth is fourth generation North Carolinian. Having grown up in
the Charlotte area, she attended college in Maine, where she received
an Unlimited Tonnage Third Mate license, working for the US Merchant
Marine, and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute. She is active in yacht
racing, and sailing throughout the U.S. and Caribbean, and enjoys fly
fishing, scuba diving and horseback riding.
During 1990, she became a partner in a home construction company and
received a broker's license. Her experience in home building has
proved extremely beneficial over many years of brokerage. Having lived
in Asheville for the past fifteen years, she has been involved in all
types of brokerage, including commercial, equestrian properties,
residential, multi-family and land.
